He has served as Postmaster General, Secretary to the Ministry of Export Agriculture, Chairman and CEO of the Employees' Trust Fund Board, and Senior Additional Secretary to the President. He knows how policy is written, how procurement is run and how approvals move, and he now puts that knowledge to work for private businesses.
